We're Hiring: Accounting Manager (Builder Mindset | Multi-Entity | Hands-On Leader)

Pay Range: $100,000.00 to 120,000.00 Annually

CAS Automotive is looking for more than an Accounting Manager—we’re looking for a builder. Someone who thrives in complexity and is energized by improving systems and scaling processes.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role overseeing financial operations across four distinct business units, both in the U.S. and internationally. You’ll lead the accounting function while helping shape the way our business operates through smarter processes, cleaner data, and stronger controls.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and improve the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close across all entities
• Consolidate financials and ensure accuracy in intercompany eliminations
• Ensure GAAP and IFRS compliance and support global statutory requirements
• Build and optimize processes, reports, and ERP systems to support scale
• Deliver financial insights that help leadership make informed decisions
• Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional accounting team
• Oversee day-to-day accounting including AP, AR, cash flow, and GL
• Manage international reconciliations, foreign currency impacts, and audit coordination

What You Bring:

• 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including international and multi-entity environments
• Strong knowledge of GAAP (IFRS a plus) and experience with consolidated financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
• A track record of building or improving financial processes and systems
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA a plus)
