Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Cabinet Install Helper to join our team. This entry-level position works alongside experienced cabinet installers to ensure successful delivery, setup, and installation of custom cabinetry and millwork in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the trade.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with unloading, carrying, and staging cabinetry and materials at job sites
- Prepare tools, hardware, and materials needed for daily installation tasks
- Support accurate placement, leveling, and securing of cabinets, casework, and trim
- Help with measuring, cutting, and fitting moldings and other finish components
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at job sites and in the shop
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Communicate clearly with the installation team and project managers
- Provide general labor support as directed by the lead installer
Skills
- Experience with heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with installation work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous construction, carpentry, or installation experience is a plus, but not required

- Physically able to lift and carry cabinetry and materials (50 lbs)
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
