Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Analyst based in Harlem, NY, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, analyzing and interpreting financial data, preparing financial reports, and monitoring the bank's financial performance. Responsibilities also include performing variance analyses, budgeting, forecasting, and assisting senior management in strategic decision-making processes by providing detailed financial insights.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance
- Proficiency in analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Proficient in relevant software and tools such as Microsoft Excel and financial modeling applications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA or CFA designation is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in the banking industry or working with underserved communities is highly desirable
