Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Certified Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for children ages 3 to 5, promoting their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development in alignment with our educational philosophy and state standards.
Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that align with early learning standards.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment where children feel comfortable exploring and learning.

Assess and document children's progress through observations, portfolios, and developmental checklists.

Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding child development, behavior, and classroom activities.

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan school-wide events and initiatives.

Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment.

Follow all licensing regulations and organizational policies, including safety, health, and emergency procedures.

Participate in professional development and training opportunities to stay current in early childhood best practices.
Requirements:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).

Current state certification for preschool teaching (e.g., CDA, state Early Childhood Education license).

Knowledge of child development principles and early learning curriculum frameworks.

Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Background check and fingerprint clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications:
