Fleet Maintenance Manager
Position Overview:
This management level position is responsible for supporting both Logistics and Market Operation
networks with all Asset management and maintenance needs. This position is not eligible for visa
sponsorship.
What you'll be doing:
This management level position is responsible for supporting both Logistics and Market Operation
networks with all Asset management and maintenance needs. This position is not eligible for visa

What you'll be doing:
- Develop and manage fleet asset management SOP (standard operating procedures)
- Handle and maintain all contractual services; including administrative functions, operations,
- Manage and monitor performance metrics for shop leads and their technicians.
- Schedule and administer fleet maintenance with 3rd party vendors
- Monitor the use of 3rd party vendors.
- Monitor repairs and estimates.
- Work closely with local and regional managers to provide maintenance status, budget updates
- Manage 2400 warrantable repairs yearly
- Analyze, prepare and develop budgets and forecasts.
- Develop, implement and monitor DOT inspection processes.

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, is required.
- 4 years of experience in fleet maintenance or similar field required.
- 2 years of leadership experience is required.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have project management experience.
- Must have knowledge of compliance with DOT and CSA regulations.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Must be able to walk 75' and climb a 10' ladder
- Ability to communicate and interact with others effectively in a professional, courteous manner.
- Ability to work outdoors continuously for extended periods of time in all weather conditions
- Ability to move in and out of vehicles with high frequency.
- Ability to frequently stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, squat, and lift up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to operate various equipment to clean vehicles.
