Job Description
Caruso Ventures is seeking a versatile and highly capable Platform and Strategic Relationships Manager to support relationship stewardship, program coordination, and platform visibility across Caruso Ventures’ and Dan Caruso’s cultural, philanthropic, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
This is not a narrow specialist role. As part of a small, fast-moving team, you will operate across initiatives and stakeholder groups, helping ensure clarity, continuity, and thoughtful follow-through. Some days you will be engaging directly with founders, executives, sponsors, and family members. Other days you will be supporting events, coordinating timelines, preparing materials, or advancing platform-related initiatives that depend on strong relationships and context.
The role works closely with internal leadership and external partners to maintain alignment across priorities and to ensure a consistent, professional experience for those engaging with the Caruso Ventures platform. Supporting and amplifying initiatives such as The Bear Roars podcast, the book Bandwidth, Engage Boulder, and marquee programs including Boulder Roots Music Fest and Sundance are within scope, alongside other relationship-driven efforts throughout the year.
The ideal candidate has a strong interest and aptitude to be a power user of ChatGPT, thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, exercises sound judgment in complex situations, and works comfortably across disciplines and audiences. Success in this role requires professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage nuanced relationships while keeping multiple initiatives moving forward.
Caruso Ventures, LLC is a growing, entrepreneurial organization operating as a single-family office. We invest across multiple asset classes, including venture capital and private equity, and support a broad range of cultural and philanthropic endeavors.
This role is well suited for an ambitious and curious individual seeking meaningful responsibility within a small team. The position offers close exposure to senior leaders, founders, and partners, along with ongoing opportunities for learning, perspective-building, and long-term professional growth.
