We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including helping cooks and chefs during busy service times.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean work environment throughout the kitchen.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Help with inventory management by organizing clean dishes and utensils for easy access by kitchen staff.
- Support banquet and catering events by ensuring that all necessary items are cleaned and ready for service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
