What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gymnastics Coach position at Cartwheels Gymnastics Center?
Cartwheels Gymnastics Center is a growing gymnastics facility that moved to Halfmoon this past September.
Please note this is a year round part time position. We do not have availability for summer only. Must be 18 years old to apply.
We are seeking gymnastics instructors for evening and Saturday and/or Sunday hours. Most shifts are 3:15 - 8:00pm Monday through Thursday. 9am to 1:00pm on Saturday. 9:30 to 1:30pm on Sunday. The ideal candidate can work Saturday and/or Sunday morning as well as two to three shifts Monday through Thursday. Summer hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evening. There is also the option for camp which runs Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 12pm.
A basic gymnastics background is preferred but not required. Feel free to apply if you have a passion for working with kids! Knowledge of gymnastics skill progressions, equipment, and spotting techniques are a plus!

-Working with a dynamic group of individuals and being responsible for teaching awesome classes.
-Possess excellent communication skills.
-Individual job responsibilities including customer service and creating a positive and friendly environment.
-Spotting children on various skills and rotation demonstration.
-Must have an energetic personality and love working with children of all ages.
