What are the responsibilities and job description for the Implementation Consultant position at CartonCloud?
Department: Customer Operations- Implementation
Location: Remote USA
Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 / year
- Permanent, fully remote position in North America
- Help logistics businesses transform their operations with software they'll actually love
- Expected base salary: $80,000–$110,000
The Opportunity
We're looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our growing North American team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll take newly signed customers through their entire onboarding journey, from initial discovery through to a confident, capable go-live.
What makes this role genuinely interesting is the intersection of operational logistics knowledge and modern software. You need to know what it's actually like inside a warehouse (the language, the pressure, the workflows) and be able to translate that into a platform configuration that works for each customer's unique operation.
As CartonCloud continues to expand across North America, this role is part of building something meaningful. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and our Integrations team, feeding market insights back into the product and shaping how we onboard customers at scale.
What You’ll Own
- Manage end-to-end implementations for North American customers, building and maintaining structured implementation plans that keep processes on track and customers informed
- Design workflows that match each customer's operational reality, configuring CartonCloud to fit how they actually work
- Deliver remote training to customers and their teams, building capability that lasts beyond go-live
- Support basic integration builds alongside our Integrations team, helping customers connect CartonCloud to their existing systems
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide structured problem-solving throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Feed customer insights back to Product, Sales, and Support to improve our approach and the platform over time
- Super-user level experience with at least one of WMS, TMS, or OMS software
- Direct experience working in or managing warehouse or transport operations — you've been on the floor and you understand the language
- A track record of training or implementing software in a logistics or supply chain context, whether as an implementation consultant or as a hands-on super-user
- Strong communication and presentation skills — you're comfortable running structured training sessions on camera and engaging customers clearly across timezones
- Curiosity about technical concepts with a desire to understand how systems connect and be ready to grow in this area
- Spanish language skills are highly desirable for our North American market
What's in it for You
- Base salary range: $80,000 - $110,000
- Wellness allowance and Work From Anywhere flexibility
- Back2Base: our annual global team event that brings the whole company together (ask us about Japan)
- Extensive parental leave policy
- Home office setup support and wellness allowance
- Four weeks paid annual leave
- Health insurance benefits
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
