Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the adult family home, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations
- Supervise, schedule, and support caregiving staff to maintain consistent, high-quality resident care
- Develop and monitor individualized care plans in coordination with healthcare providers and family members
- Manage medication administration, documentation, and resident health monitoring
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment for all residents
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and community healthcare partners
- Handle administrative duties including incident reporting, staff training, and regulatory documentation
Requirements:
- Prior experience in adult family home, assisted living, or residential care management preferred
- Knowledge of Washington State DSHS adult family home regulations and compliance standards
- Valid Washington State Adult Family Home Resident Manager certification or ability to obtain one
- CPR/First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to person-centered care
- Ability to pass a Washington State background check
