As part of one of the North Country's most established and respected pediatric practices, we're seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver high-quality primary and preventive care to students in our school-based program. In this vital role, you'll enhance access to healthcare, facilitate specialist referrals, and connect families to essential services—making a meaningful impact on young lives.
Key Services You'll Provide:

Age-appropriate well-child exams

Diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses and injuries

Management and monitoring of chronic health conditions

Lab testing and immunizations

Nutritional counseling and allergy injections

Mental health support

Sports physicals and PPD testing
Achieve Work-Life Balance in a Rewarding Setting

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM, aligned with the school district calendar

No Call Required: Enjoy your evenings and weekends free

Patient Load: Approximately 10–15 patients per day, allowing for focused, personalized care
Qualifications for the Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a dedicated professional who:

Has at least 2 years of experience in managing pediatric conditions

Demonstrates excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with patients, families, and the healthcare team
