Role Overview
We are seeking a Content Strategy Analyst to support the work of a team of SEO professionals managing a client’s organic search strategy. This role will require strong attention to detail, creativity, writing and time management skills and the ability to work in a fun, fast-paced, driven environment. This is an opportunity to gain experience working on the cutting edge of SEO/GEO strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Research, write, edit, and publish original content on client’s blog, following SEO/GEO best practices
- Update and maintain content published on client’s blog, following a provided regular update cadence, independently working through a running list of article updates and executing a variable number of updates to both traditional SEO blog posts and scaled content posts per week
- Adapt to new guidelines and formats based on shifting traditional and AI search landscapes and SEO strategic focus
- Receive feedback and revise content as necessary, ensuring all feedback is carried out in future content pieces
- Ability to thoroughly research assigned content topics, including competitive/SERP analysis, target keywords, accuracy of any facts and statistics included, etc.
What You’ll Bring
- 1 years of content writing experience
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of & experience in Search Engine Optimization & Generative Engine Optimization strategies and best practices
- Creativity and ability to adapt to different writing styles/guidelines
- Interest in Sports & Entertainment
- Experience in managing content calendars
- Analytics experience and comfort working in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, and other SEO and web analytics tools
