  • JOB RELATIONSHIPS
    • Responsible to Director of Surgical Services, Operating Room Assistant Director and/or designee.
  • DEFINITION OF POSITION
    • The Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the nursing care of assigned patients in the operating room.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
    • Professional
      • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
      • Previous operating room or related experience desirable.
      • ACLS Certification or completion of ACLS within 6 months
      • Current AHA BLS Certification required.
      • Professional certification preferred.
