JOB RELATIONSHIPS
Responsible to: Division Director of Imaging and Diagnostic Services
DEFINITION OF POSITION
Responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures and patient safety protocols. Functions as the first line interface with customers in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in Performance Improvement activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Professional
High school graduate and currently enrolled in an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology, either college affiliated or hospital trained.
One year of experience under a Board Certified Radiologist.
AHA BLS Required.
Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
Proficient computer skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
