Driller / Pump Install Helper
Location: Lebanon, TN (and surrounding areas)
Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20 – $24/hr starting, depending on experience and knowledge
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm with occasional overtime, some Saturdays as needed
About the Role
Carter Services is looking for a hard-working, dependable helper to assist with water well drilling and pump installations. This is a hands-on, outdoor job that requires physical labor and a willingness to learn. You’ll work alongside experienced team members on residential, agricultural, and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up drilling rigs and pump systems
- Load/unload materials, pipe, and equipment
- Dig trenches and help with plumbing work
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Learn and follow safety procedures
- Work in all weather conditions
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 75 lbs, climb, bend, and kneel
- Willing to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Mechanical aptitude or construction experience a plus
- Drug-free and dependable
- Good communication skills
- Must be 18
Pay & Growth
- Starting Pay: $20–$24/hr
