The Difference You'll Make As Our Customer Service Rep - Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Send invoices through email and company software
- Post and apply customer payments
- Contact customers regarding outstanding balances
- Maintain customer billing records
- Assist with AR reporting
- Review and batch invoices
- Maintain office reports
- Answer multiple phone lines
- Support dispatching and scheduling
- Make outbound customer calls
- Assist with administrative office tasks
