Parts Counter Associate
Williamsburg Ford is hiring an experienced Parts Counter Associate to support our busy service and retail operations. This role is ideal for someone with prior dealership parts experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both technicians and customers.

Compensation & Schedule
- $50,000–$80,000 annually commission
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday with some Saturday
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with accurate parts lookup and ordering
- Source parts from vendors (AutoZone, O’Reilly, Fred Jones, etc.)
- Support retail counter sales and customer inquiries
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized parts department
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of dealership parts experience required
- Automotive dealership background preferred
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license required.
