We are creating a Mobile Service to address recalls, light maintenance and repairs.
In this role, you will create a customer base from existing recall lists. The ideal candidate will be organized, computer proficient and adaptable to using multiple programs and have outstanding communication skills.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities :
- Generating appointments using the open recall list
- Building customer relationships with outstanding service
- Creating & executing service tickets for the Mobile Service Unit
- Developing a strong relationship with the Mobile Tech Team
- Keeping abreast of new recall data
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
