- $50,000 - $80,000 annual earning potential, with no cap on performance-based bonuses

What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional, friendly service experience
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and translate them into clear repair orders
- Explain recommended services in a simple, customer-friendly way
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the process
- Recommend maintenance, repairs, and value-added services
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Provide post-service follow-up to ensure satisfaction
- 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment preferred, with strong knowledge of repair order management, maintenance recommendations, and customer service excellence.
- Strong automotive and repair process knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organized; manages multiple repair orders efficiently
- Confident, ethical service recommendations
- Comfortable discussing repairs, timelines, and pricing
- Basic computer and dealership system skills
- Valid driver’s license
