Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle systems
- Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, inspections
- Use scan tools and diagnostic software to identify root causes
- Repair gasoline and diesel engines per manufacturer standards
- Complete digital repair orders, video MPIs, and inspections
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
- Follow all safety procedures, warranty guidelines, and shop protocols
- Trade school education or equivalent automotive experience
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, HVAC, electrical)
- Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- ASE certifications or OEM training
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude with proper tool usage
- Experience with digital shop management systems preferred
- Ability to meet flat-rate productivity goals
- Employment subject to background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license required
