Job Title: New Development Coordinator

Location: Chicago, IL (onsite 5 days/week)

Salary: $75,000-$85,000

Position Summary

The New Development Coordinator supports the planning, marketing, and sales execution of residential development projects. This role works closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to drive project success, optimize sales performance, and support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, positioning, and sales strategy for new residential development projects.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, pricing reviews, and absorption reporting to inform development decisions.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives, project collateral, digital content, websites, and sales presentations.
• Manage MLS listing strategy, including listing accuracy, inventory updates, pricing changes, and coordination with sales and marketing teams.
• Monitor project performance and prepare sales, inquiry, and market reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers, brokers, designers, photographers, and other third-party partners to support project marketing and sales efforts.
• Assist with model residences, project branding, virtual tours, and sales gallery execution.
• Support project budgets, timelines, and operational activities to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in real estate, new development sales, project management, or related fields.
• Knowledge of residential development processes, real estate sales, and MLS platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and real estate technology platforms.
