Responsibilities
- Assist service technicians by quickly and accurately retrieving parts needed for vehicle repairs.
- Provide expert guidance to customers on selecting the right parts and accessories for their Subaru vehicles.
- Maintain an organized and efficient parts inventory, ensuring availability of frequently used parts.
- Process and fulfill parts orders, both in-person and online, while maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely parts availability, minimizing vehicle downtime.
- Keep up-to-date with Subaru product knowledge, including new parts, accessories, and technologies.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty parts efficiently, following company policies.
- Assist in organizing promotional displays and campaigns to highlight parts and accessories.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an automotive parts department, preferably with Subaru or similar brands.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- WA state driver's license is required
- Clear and Clean driving abstract is required
- Pre-Employment Background check amp; drug screen is required

Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $24 - $30 per hour, depending on experience.
- Commission: Based on hours flagged:
- 3,800.00 – 3,999.99 hours: $200.00
- 4,000.00 - 4,199.99 hours: $300.00
- 4,200.00 hours: $400.00
(Tiers are subject to change per management at any time.)
- NPS Bonus:
- Monthly NPS 72.0 - 77.9: $200.00
- Monthly NPS 78.0 : $300.00
