Who you are:
The Vice President will play a critical leadership role in executing transactions and managing client relationships. This individual combines strong technical investment banking expertise with a high-touch, client-centric approach. The ideal Vice President brings experience working in one or more of our target verticals. This candidate is intellectually curious, highly accountable, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of M&A transactions in partnership with Managing Directors and Partners
- Manage the development of client-facing marketing materials, including pitch books and confidential information memoranda
- Build and oversee complex financial models and valuation analyses
- Analyze financial statements and perform accounting and operational due diligence
- Conduct industry research and company-specific analysis to support transaction strategy
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client management teams and investor counterparties
- Coordinate diligence processes with third-party advisors, including accountants, attorneys, and consultants
- Drive and support business development initiatives, including sourcing and pitching new opportunities
- Oversee deal timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure successful transaction execution
- Mentor, manage, and develop junior banking team members
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. An MBA is preferred but not required.
- 7-10 years of direct transaction experience in M&A / private equity or related fields of accounting, finance, transaction services and commercial lending
- Currently hold FINRA SIE, Series 63 and Series 82 or 79
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and inspire colleagues and direct reports

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
