Role Summary:
- Title: Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)
- Reports to: VP of Finance
- Experience Level: 3–5 years preferred
- Compensation: $100K–$125K base 10-15% bonus
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Support monthly management reporting
- Build and maintain financial models (revenue forecasting, M&A, price/volume/mix)
- Partner with business unit leaders on financial planning
- Assist with long-range (3-year) planning
- Contribute to M&A modeling and analysis
Required Skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills (finance, economics, engineering backgrounds all considered)
- Bachelor's degree in business/finance
- FP&A experience preferred but not required.
- Workday Adaptive Planning software experience is required
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
- Highly curious and proactive problem solver
- Experience in high-growth or M&A environments is a plus
- Ownership and optimization of Adaptive Planning
- Increased automation and system utilization
- Trusted partner to CFO and CEO
- Ability to operate independently and handle leadership-level interactions
Pay range and compensation package
Compensation: $100K–$125K base ~15% bonus
