Responsibilities
- Meet with residential customers in designated local neighborhoods
- Learn each customer's needs and recommend the best telecommunications solutions
- Build trust through professional, face-to-face interactions
- Guide customers through the enrollment process
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Participate in daily training and team development
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable working independently and with a team
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
