This is Carter Lawn Cares starting position. New employees will receive on the job training. You will mow, weed-whack and blow-off clients lawns. You will also do specialty jobs such as Spring/Fall Cleanups, Dethatching, Aeration and Seeding. Winter work is available the first year and fertilization and pesticide application work is available to employees who reach the position of Lawn Care Journeyman.
We ask that you are able to/have:
- Carry 50 pounds.
- Walk for up to 8 hours.
- Carry items weighing 10 pounds for up to 2 hours.
- A willingness to learn our lawn care protocols.
- Motivation to grow with our company.

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Commercial Lawn Care: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
