What are the responsibilities and job description for the Irrigation Service Technician position at Carter Irrigation & Outdoor Solutions?
Carter Irrigation & Outdoor Solutions is a professional irrigation service company serving high-end residential and select commercial properties throughout Northeast Florida.
We specialize in irrigation troubleshooting, repair, system upgrades, water-management solutions, and smart-controller technology. Our work frequently takes place on professionally landscaped properties where attention to detail, clean workmanship, technical troubleshooting, and professional customer interaction are essential.
We are seeking an experienced Irrigation Service Technician who can diagnose system problems, make quality repairs, and take ownership of work in the field. This is not primarily a landscape-maintenance position. The ideal candidate has hands-on irrigation experience and is comfortable troubleshooting controllers, valves, wiring, sprinkler heads, drip irrigation, pumps, pressure issues, leaks, and overall system performance.
We work with a variety of systems and manufacturers, including Hunter, Hydrawise, Rain Bird, and K-Rain. Experience with smart irrigation controllers, electrical troubleshooting, system programming, and water-efficiency improvements is highly valued.
Carter Irrigation & Outdoor Solutions is committed to responsible water use and practical conservation. We help clients maintain healthy, attractive landscapes while reducing unnecessary water waste through proper system design, repair, programming, and modern irrigation technology.
The right candidate will be dependable, technically capable, professional around customers, and comfortable working independently on high-quality residential properties. We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing the job correctly, communicates well, leaves the work area clean, and represents the company professionally.
