About the Position
We are looking for dependable, motivated individual to join our growing commercial construction team. Our company specializes in the installation of cleanrooms in pharmaceutical facilities, healthcare environments, laboratories, and other specialized commercial spaces across the United States.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with tools, traveling, learning new skills, and taking pride in building high-quality facilities. Previous construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Install commercial construction materials and specialty building systems.
- Assist with the construction and installation of cleanrooms, pharmaceutical facilities, laboratories, healthcare facilities, and other commercial projects.
- Read a tape measure accurately and perform precise measurements.
- Able to read and interpret CADD drawings
- Measure, cut, fit, and install building materials using hand and power tools.
- Load, unload, and organize materials, equipment, and job site supplies.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning, removing debris, and staging materials.
- Work alongside electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and other skilled trades.
- Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Complete assigned tasks safely, efficiently, and with attention to quality.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous commercial construction, installation, carpentry, framing, metal panel, or cleanroom experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Willingness to travel frequently with overnight stays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Preferred Skills
- Commercial construction experience
- Carpentry or installation experience
