Busy, diverse medical practice seeking experienced Certified Peer Support Specialist Qualified Professional to work in its expanding Peer Support Program. Applicants should be organized and able to communicate effectively with consumers in a professional manner. General responsibilities include developing and maintaining Person-Centered Plans, authorization of services, team meetings, supervision of team peer support workers, and various other duties. Must be able to multi-task, have excellent interpersonal skills, high work standards, and be willing to travel.
Must have 4 year degree from an accredited institution with applicable post two (2) years secondary experience. Interested parties must submit resume demonstrating experience.
