Participates in bank-wide projects for multiple Line of Business and Business Unit interests. All aspects of the assigned work must be carried out as efficiently as possible with respect to word processing, records management, correspondence, project financial records as well as the archiving of all project documentation.

Participates in bank-wide projects for multiple Line of Business and Business Unit interests. All aspects of the assigned work must be carried out as efficiently as possible with respect to word processing, records management, correspondence, project financial records as well as the archiving of all project documentation.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned projects to ensure timely completion within available budget, interacting with leaders from other parts of the bank
- Outline tasks involved in the project and delegate accordingly
- Conduct information-gathering conversations to address issues and enhance problem solving
- Gather information, research issues, and identify external sources for information as needed
- Work within a group to establish deadlines, monitor progress on assignments, and give feedback about project status
- Lead project meetings, to include scheduling meetings, creating and delivering presentations, taking notes, and communicating/escalating action items and key decisions
- Effectively coordinate and maintain project documents per policies and procedures
- Use Zoho Projects for tracking of project tasks as needed
- Report project status updates to the Project Governance Committee weekly
- Facilitate weekly meetings and maintain log for RIDM, providing approvals on associated Service Desk tickets and project management assistance as needed
- Ensure successful transition of project to the end user
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college preferred
- Prior business experience, preferably in banking, required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Critical thinking and analysis skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Group facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently, with little supervision to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet strict timelines, and interact effectively at all levels
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to assess and allocate resources comprised of business end users
- Standing, walking, bending and stooping required
- Must be able to sit at a desk for long periods of time and use a computer
- Must be able to occasionally move or lift up to 10 pounds
- May be asked to work supplemental hours periodically
- Limited travel required occasionally during and after business hours
