The Learning Facilitator II independently supports foundational banking training programs across multiple functional areas. This role serves as a facilitator and contributor to curriculum development, supporting consistent, high-quality learning experiences across the organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Maintain working knowledge of online learning platforms; provide backup and assist as needed
- Deliver instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), and blended learning programs across all core banking topics and systems
- Facilitate new hire onboarding programs and foundational skill development for associates at all levels
- Provide coaching and reinforcement through follow-up sessions and on-the-job support
- Update and maintain training materials, facilitator guides, and participant resources
- Ensure all content reflects current policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and system updates
- Apply instructional design best practices to create effective and engaging learning experiences
- Customize training solutions for specific roles, departments, or business needs
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions (scheduling, materials, rosters, tracking)
- Maintain training records and learning management system (LMS) data accuracy
- Support onboarding and enterprise-wide training initiatives
- Gather feedback to continuously improve training programs
- Support as back up to lending courses
- Support change management efforts through training delivery
- Provide guidance and support to Level I facilitators or new team members
- Contribute to team projects and shared curriculum development efforts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior banking experience, including operational knowledge across core functions
- Prior experience delivering classroom or virtual training preferred
