Role: The Pressman Level 3 & 4 plays a critical role in the non-durable
goods manufacturing process by operating and maintaining printing
presses to ensure high-quality production output. This position requires
a deep understanding of press mechanics, ink application, and material

role involves troubleshooting mechanical issues, adjusting press

production standards and deadlines. The Pressman is responsible for

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years

mechanical aptitude and experience performing routine equipment
maintenance. Familiarity with safety standards and procedures related to
press operation. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in press
