role in the non-durable goods manufacturing process by operating and
maintaining printing presses to ensure high-quality production output.
This position requires a deep understanding of press mechanics, ink
application, and material handling to produce consistent and defect-free
printed materials. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical issues,
adjusting press settings, and collaborating with quality control teams
to meet production standards and deadlines. The Pressman is responsible
for maintaining safety protocols and ensuring compliance with
operational guidelines to minimize downtime and waste. Ultimately, this
position contributes directly to the efficiency and success of the
manufacturing line by delivering precise and timely printed products.
This is a 3rd shift position (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with a shift
differential available. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or
equivalent. Minimum of 3 years\' experience operating printing presses
in a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to set up and adjust
multi-color printing presses. Basic mechanical aptitude and experience
performing routine equipment maintenance. Familiarity with safety
Standards And Procedures Related To Press Operation. Preferred
Qualifications: Certification in press operation or related technical
training. Experience with digital and flexographic printing
technologies. Knowledge of color theory and ink chemistry. Ability to
read and interpret technical drawings and job orders. Experience working
in a fast-paced non-durable goods manufacturing setting.
