What are the responsibilities and job description for the Play Doh Technician - 1st Shift position at Cartamundi East Longmeadow LLC?

What You'll Do as a Play Doh Technician:
- Load, operate, and basic troubleshoot Play Doh equipment including the mixer, bottom of the can and can lid.
- Clean out the equipment for color changes using a power washer.
- Read and understand equipment operation manuals and quality work instruction manuals.
- Complete shop floor paperwork on time.
- Focus on safe and quality work as a team member supporting the slow of production.
- Communicate effectively with other team members, cross functional teams and management.
- Keep the workplace clean and organized.
- Participate in the department’s continuous improvement initiatives.
We're Looking for Someone Who Has:
- Experience operating and maintaining equipment.
- Experience in automated equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S.
