As a Technical Senior Manager, Tax, you'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to:
- Transform the LP experience with automated K-1s on our software platform
- Elevate the connection between fund administration and tax products for seamless client experiences
- Manage a team of talented tax professionals serving our client base
**The Team You'll Work With**
You'll join our Fund Tax team, working alongside the Head of Fund Tax to lead the tax team and delivery process. We're trusted by over 2,000 firms with over $120 billion in assets. Carta Tax launched for the 2023 tax season, and demand continues to grow as we establish our practice.
In this role, you'll partner closely with the Head of Fund Tax, R&D, and the delivery team to transform tax delivery. You'll also help lead a talented organization of tax professionals who share your passion for automating and transforming the FA tax space.
**What You Bring**
8 years of applicable tax experience
Possess a deep understanding of venture capital and/or private equity, enabling you to empathize with clients' pressures
Organized and calm under pressure, with the ability to manage competing demands and solve ambiguous problems
A profound understanding of Carta's venture client ecosystem, allowing you to prioritize growth plans and improve customer engagement and loyalty
