The Team You’ll Work With
The Strategy & Business Operations team partners with Carta’s c-suite to drive Carta’s strategy, identify opportunities for growth and investment, and drive innovation and best-in-class execution across teams to accelerate our path to $1bn in annual revenue.
The Problems You’ll Solve
As Sr. Manager/Manager on the Strategy & Business Operations team, you will:
- Drive end-to-end strategic projects to define and accelerate the companies top growth priorities as well as incubate and launch new businesses
- Drive Carta’s foray into new software and financial products which leverage the power and depth of Carta’s data, customer relationships, and network
- Develop a strategic frameworks to identify market growth opportunities for Carta across customer segments and geographies
- Accelerate adoption of Carta product and services globally, building a multi-billion ARR business in the next 3-5 years
- Help business leaders and executives make smart decisions by bringing data, analysis, and industry expertise to bear on the complicated problems we are solving
About You
We're seeking someone who has…

- A growth mindset; Carta sits at the intersection of software and private markets and we move quickly to find innovative solutions to customer problems; we learn new things every day and reimagine how private capital markets work.
- 4 - 8 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate strategy, or business operations;
- Passionate about private markets & financial services; experience in enterprise software/SaaS, and/or fintech a plus
- Motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to accelerate Carta’s growth
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations, especially to executives
- Superior problem-solving, presentation, and modeling skills
Salary
Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary commission if applicable) range for this role is:
Manager: $182,750 - $215,000 in San Francisco, CA and New York, NY
Senior Manager: $208,000 - $260,000 in San Francisco, CA and New York, NY
Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.
