Responsibilities and Duties:
- We train you
- Sales Consultants/Associates/Professionals spend time with customers to determine their wants and discusses vehicle options
- Representatives commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
- Enjoy working with people
- Sales Representatives test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features
- Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail
- Support customers schedules by setting appointments
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate more business.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Confident and sharp personality, process driven
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
- Valid driver's license
- Great with social media and technology
