CARSTAR in Northern Va is part of a 700 multi-shop organization across North America. We are adding shops and growing faster than ever. We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant that wants to get in with a great team growing at this pace.

The right fit individuals will:
- Be punctual and reliable on a daily basis (weekdays)
- Be available for occasional Saturday work
- Have an upbeat and professional personality
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Be able to multi-task within the shop, with insurance partners and customers
- Have strong communications skills by phone, text, email and in-person
- Be able to update management system with notes on customer and/or insurance partner interactions
