CARSTAR of Amelia is looking for an Estimator to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity to join North America’s largest Multi-Shop Operator Network of independently owned collision repair facilities. Qualifications:
- Knowledge and ability to run CCC ONE management system
- Strong knowledge of DRP insurance requirements
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
- Strong knowledge of proper repair and paint procedures
- Prepare estimates and supplements in a timely manner
- Monitor process and work with staff to ensure SOP’s are adhered to
- Ability to provide supportive documents for estimates - photographs, completing forms, utilizing proper parts, and documenting proper repair procedures in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team during daily production meetings
- Perform a quality inspections throughout repair process and upon completion
- Maintain a professional working relationship with all team members and effectively communicate with others
- Perform other duties as assigned
- I-CAR and ASE certifications welcomed!
