Building Maintenance Technician
There are 9 shops that need to be monitored in the Virginia area. The following duties (not all are listed) need to be accomplished.
* Building out new office and bathroom sites
* Repairing old electrical and plumbing structures
* Replacing electrical parts and HVAC system parts
* Any type of jobs that keep the shop and building functioning
* This individual needs to have their own hand and power tools to perform most jobs. We do have tools on site but having your own tools assists with the job duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
