The Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the face and voice of our shop. You are the first person our customers see when they walk through the door and the person who ensures they leave with a smile. If you love interacting with people, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and taking care of customers, this is the perfect spot for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Warm Greetings: Welcome every customer with a friendly smile as soon as they step into our shop.
- Status Updates: Keep customers informed and up-to-date on the progress of their vehicle servicing or repairs.
- Post-Service Follow-Up: Reach out to customers after they pick up their vehicles to ensure complete satisfaction and address any questions.
- Customer Support: Answer incoming calls, answer general inquiries, and help guide customers through their service experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our service technicians and advisors to maintain smooth communication and workflow.
