Janitor

Seeking Custodian to join our team! Maintain automotive dealership facility.

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and washable surfaces
• Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors
• Keep exterior clean and free of trash
• Mow lawn areas
• Light painting and handyman repairs
• Perform other duties and task as needed
• Pick up supplies as needed from hardware store etc.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• must have valid drivers license
• Authorized to work in the United States
