Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of a few direct reports.
- Oversee all GAAP compliance.
- Ensure the team is staying up to date on upcoming policy changes, as well as rolling out new procedures as required.
- Manage various complex accounting transactions.
- Own the revenue recognition, lease account standards, and more.
- Coordinate with external auditors on an annual basis.
- Assist on budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis efforts as the organization continues to grow & expand!
- Serve as a leader for all process improvement efforts.
Profile:
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
- CPA is preferred
- 8-10 years of experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP , internal controls, and technical accounting.
- Ability to lead a team, develop cross-functional relationships, and work with various leaders on special projects as assigned.
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
