Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance complex financial models and master Excel workbooks
- Calculate, reconcile, and track income allocations, distributions, and capital balances
- Support monthly and annual close activities, including analysis and reporting
- Reconcile financial outputs to payroll systems and the general ledger
- Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation
- Respond to ad hoc analytical and reporting requests from leadership
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and strong internal controls across all processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytical roles, ideally within a professional services environment
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with complex formulas and large datasets
- Strong reconciliation and problem‑solving abilities
