The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating on a small to mid-sized team, where everyone has to be a "team player". You will oversee a lot of the day to day Accounting responsibilities, as well as have a seat at the table for strategic financial decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly close process.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Analyze variances in financial performance, while providing actionable insights.
- Assist with budgeting/forecasting efforts.
- Maintain strong internal controls.
- Assist in all inventory activities.
- Identify ways to improve current financial systems & tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field
- 5 years of related experience
- Manufacturing industry experience is ideal, but NOT required
- Strong technical, analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
