Carson Valley Inn is currently seeking a Part Time Employee Dining Room/Production Cook to fill our open position.
Production Cook/Prep Responsibilities:
- Responsible for food preparation, portion control, vegetable and fruit processing, in support of others producing recipes and preparing food items to specification. Responsible for knowledge of and ability to perform all duties of Dishwasher and some duties of Cook I. Works with a team, coordinating activities to ensure sufficient quantity of food required is available at all times for use by others. Key roles to include: Communicator, Culinarian and Team Player.
- Responsible for providing friendly and courteous food service to our Employees in the Cafeteria/Employee Dining Room station.
Shift:
- Part Time - Varied Shifts (Wed, Thu: 8a-3p, Fri, Sat: 3p-10p)
- Weekend and Holiday work required.
