Group Sales Coordinator

We're looking for an organized, personable hospitality professional to join our team as Group Sales Coordinator. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for group and event guests — managing bookings, coordinating logistics, and ensuring every group has a seamless stay from arrival to departure.
What you'll do
Manage reservations & bookings
Handle group room blocks, contracts, golf tee times, and payment processing in the PMS.
Coordinate group experiences
Serve as the main contact for group leaders, create itineraries and welcome materials, and meet with groups during their stay.
Keep everything running smoothly
Communicate with hotel staff, manage banquet counts, run reports, and respond to guest inquiries.
What we're looking for
Hotel or hospitality experience 3-5 years
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communicator
Microsoft Office proficiency
Flexible schedule (some nights/weekends)
Salary DOE
