What You’ll Be Doing
- Working with a crew to safely and efficiently install inground swimming pools and outdoor landscape features
- Building high-quality outdoor spaces that homeowners show off to their friends
- Digging, lifting, measuring, hauling, and making things level (gravity matters here)
- Keeping the job site clean enough that we don’t lose tools—or people
What You Need to Bring
- You actually like being outdoors (sun, wind, heat, cold—nature happens)
- Interest in construction and hands-on work
- Reliability: show up every day, on time
- Willingness to work up to 50 hours per week during peak season
- Physical ability to lift, dig, and work hard all day
- Basic English communication skills required for safety and team coordination
- A good attitude and a strong work ethic (we can teach the rest)
