About the Role:
We’re looking for an energetic and strategic Key Account Manager to help expand Carson’s presence within the incentive and large retail sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who’s passionate about building relationships, traveling to meet clients, and representing cutting-edge optical products.
You’ll play a key role in growing Carson’s footprint across North America by securing new partnerships, attending trade shows, and collaborating with our product development and marketing teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers from incentive companies and large retail chains.
- Represent Carson at domestic and international B2B trade shows—demonstrating products to existing and prospective clients.
- Research market trends and competitors to help guide future product development.
- Negotiate, close deals, and manage client accounts with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with marketing to design compelling presentations and promotional materials.
- Become a trusted expert and advocate for Carson’s product line.
- Travel throughout North America to meet clients and attend industry events.
About You:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in B2B or Premium Incentive Sales.
- Personality: Charismatic, creative, and resourceful—you can connect with anyone, anywhere.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Mindset: “No task too small” attitude with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Curiosity: Eager to research new technologies and stay current with industry trends.
- Flexibility: Comfortable with frequent travel.
- Bonus: Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $60,000 – $150,000 per year (base commission)
