We are looking for a reliable and organized Contract Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing data entry, filing, making sure all contracts are in compliance and ensuring accuracy in all paperwork. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Clerk will also be responsible for providing customer service when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Making sure we are in compliance for each contract.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders and inventory.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Process payments and invoices.
- Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
